Yi-jung “Sally” Wu is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis, with a doctoral minor in Educational Psychology. She earned dual master’s degrees in Educational Leadership and International Human Resource Management and Comparative Industrial Relations from the University of Manchester, UK, and has a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. Before embarking on her doctoral studies, she worked as a research assistant, responsible for projects in educational and psychological research, and as a middle school mathematics teacher. Currently, she is working on her dissertation titled “Distributed Leadership Practices According to the Comprehensive Assessment of Leadership for Learning (CALL) in Taiwan’s Public Elementary Schools.”
