Kenneth Whaley

Kenneth Whaley is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of South Florida. His research interests are public sector and urban economics. Specifically, he studies residential segregation and market outcomes that determine who can access neighborhoods with low crime rates, good schools, and other attractive amenities.
