Nicole Contreras

Nicole is a 3rd year doctoral student in the department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis. She is primarily interested in supporting underrepresented community college students and their educational outcomes (i.e., graduation, vertical transfer, degree/credential attainment). Her current projects include: 1) case study research around Latina/o/x transfer students in the Midwest and 2) a phenomenological study of formerly incarcerated student programming in California.
