Finding and maintaining quality child care is a challenge for many parents, and those living in low-income households often face even more obstacles. This webinar will introduce and discuss the current landscape of early care and education (ECE), especially as it pertains to low-income families; what legislation, policies, and practices offer support to low-income parents and their children; an assessment of the current child care subsidy program; and what future measures could help to ensure access to affordable, high-quality ECE for all.
