Janeria Easley

Janeria Easley is an Assistant Professor of African American Studies at Emory University. Her research advances the understanding of racial stratification in two broad areas. First, she interrogates the role of space in creating and maintaining said stratification. Key sub-areas include residential segregation, gentrification, and the built environment. Second, she examines racial disparities in economic well-being related to employment, wealth, and homeownership.
